I want a person who can guide me how to do yoga. I want to learn yoga because I don’t have good healthy body or mind. I want a yoga trainer who has good knowledge of spirituality. Not a yoga trainer who says to do exercises instead of yoga. I want to be peaceful in my life. I do not know any yoga trainers in my area which is Hyderabad. If free yoga center, then please recommend it to me first. There are many free yoga centers I know that because people keep yoga centers totally free.

These are my problems with one trainer I met last time from urban clap. So now I am asking here in forums because here I can specify and tell how I want the trainer to be.
